Will there still be a June 9 match at SeatGeek Stadium?
No, the June 8, 6:30p match – Red Stars v Bay FC at Wrigley Field replaces the June 9 match at SeatGeek Stadium.
How do I access my Red Stars tickets for June 8 at Wrigley Field?

Tickets for this event will be issued exclusively as mobile tickets via the MLB Ballpark App. Here's how you can access your tickets: 

  1. Download the MLB Ballpark App.
  2. Open the app and log into your MLB Account. If you do not have an MLB account, sign up for one using the same email address associated with your Red Stars ticket account. 
    *If you use a different email for your MLB account, you can click on your profile and select “My MLB Account emails” and then add your Red Stars ticket account email address. 
  3. If logging in to the MLB Ballpark App for the first time you will be prompted to “Verify” your email address within the App. 
  4. Once your account is verified, your tickets will be accessible by clicking on the “Tickets” tab at the bottom of the screen. 
If I previously had tickets to June 9 at Seat Geek, do I have tickets to June 8 at Wrigley Field?

Yes! Seats at Wrigley Field for June 8 have been reserved on your account for all Season Ticket Members and Single Match Buyers that previously purchased June 9 tickets at SeatGeek Stadium.

Is there a way to know where my seat will be at Wrigley before I purchase additional match tickets during the presale or public on-sale?

Your seats have already been uploaded on your account and can easily be viewed on the MLB App. We recommend you download and view your tickets as soon as possible to ensure you are familiar with the access process. If you have trouble seeing them, you can contact [email protected]. 

Will there be a Neighborhood/Supporters Group section at Wrigley Field?

Yes, all tickets for the Red Stars Neighborhood/Supporters Group will be in sections 7 & 8 at Wrigley Field, behind the goal. All ticket sales for the Neighborhood/Supporters will be handled through Local 134. Please contact [email protected] for Supporter ticketing. These tickets will not be available to the general public. 

Is parking available at Wrigley Field?

Will parking still be included/complimentary for Season Ticket Members?

Unfortunately, parking will not be included. Due to the unique characteristics Wrigley Field's location and layout present challenges for offering inclusive parking options. Advance parking purchase options are available here and recommended to streamline your experience and minimize any inconveniences. Season Ticket Members can apply their June 9 parking pass for another match at SeatGeek stadium. 

What if I already bought a parking pass for June 9 at SeatGeek Stadium? Can I use it at Wrigley Field?

If you previously purchased parking for June 9 at SeatGeek Stadium, please contact [email protected] to either apply it to a future Red Stars match at SeatGeek or be given a refund for your parking cost. Unfortunately, that parking pass will not be redeemable at Wrigley Field.

Are there any public transportation options to get to Wrigley Field?

I live nearby and want to ride my bike to the match, where can I lock it up?

Wrigley Field offers a courtesy bike valet service, found just next to the Red Line stop. More information can be found here Bike Riders | Chicago Cubs (mlb.com).

As a Season Ticket Member, can I exchange tickets into the June 8 match?

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange tickets into the June 8 match at Wrigley Field. However, if you are unable to attend this match you can exchange out of it and apply your ticket(s) to a future regular season match at SeatGeek stadium, please contact [email protected] for assistance. 

If I purchase more tickets to the match at Wrigley Field, can they be next to my season ticket(s) or previously purchased seats for June 8?

While we understand the desire to have tickets next to your current seats, we cannot guarantee their availability in close proximity. Nevertheless, we're confident that your experience at Wrigley Field will be memorable and enjoyable! 

What if I want to purchase a group of ten or more tickets?
