On March 7 many of our fans and partners joined us to kick off the season with a celebration at the Renaissance Hotel Chicago in the loop. Attendees enjoyed signature cocktails/mocktails in order to earn raffle tickets, raising hundreds of dollars for one of our community partners, Girls in the Game. Many also took the opportunity to purchase some of our newest merchandise and connect with the Red Stars supporters group, Local 134.

Additionally, they had a chance to dive into Women’s History Month by reading through our installation about the history of women’s soccer. If you were unable to attend the kickoff yourself, you can check out our website version of the installation here! Be on the lookout for the history installation at future home matches and other events as well – we hope to keep having it set up for people to learn and enjoy.

All in all, it was a great way to kick off what is sure to be a great season!
