The team will face Missouri before traveling to Portland

CHICAGO – The Chicago Red Stars finalized its 2019 preseason schedule in preparation for the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) season. The Red Stars will play four matches throughout the preseason, including three during the Portland Thorns Spring Invitational at the University of Portland in Oregon.

Chicago will begin their preseason against the University of Missouri on Saturday, March 9 in a closed-door scrimmage.

Between March 24-30, head coach Rory Dames and the team will head to University of Portland for the third-annual Portland Thorns Spring Invitational. The Red Stars will face the host Thorns, Reign FC, and the U.S. WNT U-23s.
