Girls aged 8-18 to be coached by NWSL club’s players, other top professionals
CHICAGO, Ill. – The Chicago Red Stars Academy is pleased to announce it will hold a residential camp from June 1-4, 2015, on the campus of Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). The girls-specific camp is open to ages 8-18 and will run for 4 days/3 nights with a primarily female coaching staff and coaching appearances by professional Red Stars players, who will also be available for meet-and-greets and Q&A sessions.
In addition to room and board, all participants will receive a Red Stars Academy t-shirt as well as other giveaways and prizes throughout the camp. A free general admission ticket to the Indy Eleven match against FC Edmonton on Saturday, June 13, 2015, will also be included in the participation fee of $645 for residents and $545 for those preferring not to spend the nights (commuters). Siblings qualify for a $50 discount.
Clubs wishing to promote the camp to their members are also eligible for a discount and should contact the Red Stars Academy in advance. All of the NWSL club’s season-ticket holders will automatically receive a 20% off by using the promo code provided by their ticket representative.
