- Arin Wright is starting in her 90th NWSL match tonight and her 94th overall appearance. The defender has been having one of her strongest seasons yet as she has allowed just one opposing player to pass her in 2019.
- Sarah Gorden has won 85% of her tackles this season where she has lined up both centrally and outside on the backline.
- Defender Casey Short is heading into her ninth start for Chicago this season. She’s managed 17 clearances, five interceptions and 1 block this season.
- Danielle Colaprico has been solid in the central midfield this season. The veteran has completed 73% of her passes but has an even higher percentage when working on the defensive side of the ball as she has a successful tackle rate of 77%.
- Nikki Stanton earns her seventh start this season and has won a team-high 88.2% of her tackles.
- Captain Vanessa DiBernardo will lead the team tonight in her 104th overall appearance for the Red Stars in the NWSL. She’s time for a team-high nine appearances in 2019.
- Yuki Nagasato has started every game this season for Chicago and leads the team in minutes with 786.
- Michele Vasconcelos returns to the starting lineup for her fifth start of the season. She leads the team in passing accuracy with 78.3% pass success rate.
- Sam Kerr returns from her international duty representing Australia in the FIFA Women’s World Cup and will look to get Chicago on the scoreboard as she leads the team in goals with six.
- Megan Hinz is available as the backup goalkeeper, while Savannah McCaskill, Maria Sanchez, Brooke Elby, Kayla Sharples, Zoey Goralski and Katie Johnson.
