CHICAGO – The Chicago Red Stars and Quality Customer Service and Sales (QCSS) are excited to announce a partnership for the 2017 National Women’s Soccer League season.

QCSS, a full-service contact center with a state-of-the-art call center, is located in Deer Park, Illinois with another call center in Monona, Iowa. QCSS has provided customized sales solutions for companies nationwide since 1991, offering multi-channel inbound customer support and answering services as well as outbound demand generation and direct sales.

The new deal includes QCSS services to promote the Chicago Red Stars within the community, #AnsweringTheCall promotions that will feature Red Stars athletes answering the call in women’s professional sports, signage at all Toyota Park home matches, as well as the presenting partner of the Player of the Match.
