Red Stars will face DePaul, Wisconsin, and Indiana in addition to the Thorns Invitational

CHICAGO – The Chicago Red Stars announced today its 2020 preseason schedule. The team will face the University of Wisconsin at Breese Stevens Field on March 25 prior to their participation in the Portland Thorns Invitational from March 29 through April 4. Breese Stevens Field is located in Madison, Wisconsin and is the home of USL League One’s Forward Madison FC. 

The Red Stars will also face DePaul University on March 15 and Indiana University on April 11 in matches closed to the public. 

Fans can purchase tickets to the match against the University of Wisconsin on March 25 through Forward Madison FC. The club announced tickets will be available for purchase on Wednesday, February 26 at 10 a.m. CT.

The Red Stars open the 2020 NWSL Season against the North Carolina Courage at WakeMed Soccer Park on April 18. They will make their return to SeatGeek Stadium the following week to face the Portland Thorns on April 25. Individual tickets will go on sale next week.
