Copa '71
Riding off the success of their 1970 unofficial Women's World Cup, FIFF (Federazione Internazionale di Football Femminile) organized another one in 1971. Copa ‘71, also called Copa Angel de Oro tournament was held in Mexico and featured six teams fighting for the Martini & Rossi Cup. 112,500 fans were in attendance when Denmark beat Mexico 3-0 in the final.
