What is the refund/cancellation policy?

What is the latest I can register for a camp or clinic?

Registration for camps and clinics closes at 5:00 p.m. CST the day before the camp or clinic begins. 

What documents must I review prior to the start of a camp or clinic?

You should receive a confirmation email that includes a link to fill out a form for camp participants. Please ensure that the form and waiver are completed before arriving at camp.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

  • The Chicago Red Stars Camp staff will communicate any cancellations or changes due to inclement weather. We will monitor the weather forecast closely and do our best to notify parents/guardians within 24 hours. This communication will be sent via email to each parent or guardian.
  • If there is severe weather during camp, the staff will evacuate the fields and bring all campers indoors. We will leave the field if lightning strikes within a 10-mile radius and will not return until 30 minutes after the last lightning strike, according to NWSL (National Womens Soccer League) emergency procedures.

What does the format of the day look like?

Half Day: 9:00am - 12:00pm

What should my child bring with them to camp?

  1. Cleats
  2. Shin guards
  3. Soccer ball
  4. Sunscreen
  5. Water bottle
  6. Clothing for all weather conditions
  7. Snacks

Do I need to bring my child a packed lunch?

  • 9am - 12pm Campers: Do NOT need a packed lunch
  • 9am - 3pm Campers: Lunch will be provided
  • Wisconsin Campers: Please bring a packed lunch

Can I stay and watch?

We ask families who wish to stay to do so outside the field in indoor facilities or away from outdoor facilities. During the last hour of camp, families are welcome to come and watch.

How do I receive my free match ticket?

A ticketing representative will be present at the last day of each camp to help receive your free ticket or a Chicago Red Stars representative will reach out and get each participant set up with a ticket and you will have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets. You may also contact them directly at [email protected].

Game Day Clinic Faq

What time should I arrive at the stadium?

It is recommended that you arrive at the stadium 20 minutes prior to the start of the clinic.

Where should I park?

The East Lot. You can access the East Lot from Harlem Ave. through gate S2.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No. Paying for parking begins 2 hours prior to kick-off.

Can I stay and watch?

Yes. There is a designated seating area within the stadium for parents and family members to watch. Parents/family members/spectators must stay in the designated section for the entirety of the clinic.

What should my child bring to a game day clinic?

Do I receive a free ticket for Game Day Clinics?

Campers attending Chicago Red Stars Game Day Clinics will not receive any free tickets. All tickets for admission to the game will need to be purchased separately.
