Lesley Ryder and Emily Anderson were named #SHEINSPIRESME in the June 10th match. They founded Gal Pal Sports in 2019 with the goal of making women’s sports coverage more fun. They have worked tirelessly to combat discrimination and bigotry in women’s sports, while staying true to themselves and their communities. Their coverage of athletes, teams, and games is respectful, honest, and inclusive. Through the couples’ philanthropy, media coverage, and leadership, they have inspired others to be more passionate and engaged in the women’s sports community.
