Bret Caldwell is a proud supporter of the Chicago Red Stars, and US Soccer, as well as women’s athletics and the important social causes that they commonly support. Bret recently transitioned from partnership to Emeritus Principal at Chicago-based ZS Associates, a global strategic consulting firm, where he has worked for over 25 years. Bret works primarily with medtech companies, and has helped ZS grow from under 200 to over 15,000 employees. He is a graduate of Stanford University (BA) and the Wharton School of Business (MBA). Bret lives in Chicago’s northern suburbs with his wife, Patty. They have three children — Alexandra, Peter, and Lauren.
