Chicago will face Portland on April 20
CHICAGO – The Chicago Red Stars will begin its 12-home game stretch at Toyota Park on Saturday, April 20, once again combining with Major League Soccer (MLS) side Chicago Fire for a doubleheader.
The Red Stars will take on Portland Thorns FC at 2:30 p.m. CT, following the Chicago Fire and the Colorado Rapids at 12 p.m. CT. The game will broadcast live in the U.S. and internationally on NWSLsoccer.com and the NWSL app.
Tickets for the doubleheader will go on sale now. Fans are encouraged to purchase through the Red Stars link. You can purchase group tickets (15+) by calling the Red Stars office at 773.697.8699 for tickets at a discounted rate.
The Pub to Pitch bus program will be running for both the Fire and Red Stars contest. The bus carrying riders from Fado and Cleo’s will return to those respective pubs following the conclusion of the Fire match. The bus carrying riders from The Globe and Pub 97 will return to those pubs following the Red Stars contest. Pub to Pitch riders on either bus who would like to stay for the Red Stars game MUST RSVP for the return bus back to Chicago by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday, April 17th. The bus will depart 20 minutes after the final whistle of each match.
Chicago will start off its regular season the week prior in Cary, North Carolina on Saturday, April 13 against the North Carolina Courage in Sahlen’s Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park.
Season Tickets and Flex Packs are on sale now, and fans can secure 2019 Season Tickets for as low as $132. Flex Pack contains 12 tickets and three parking passes, giving fans complete flexibility and control over their seating and game selection for any Red Stars home game in 2019.
All single-game tickets for the remaining eleven home games for the Red Stars will go on sale at 11 a.m. CT on March 4.
